In December 2018 I was privileged to participate in a trekking tour led by Tsering Lama of Dolma Treks.  The group included children from 8 years old up to adults of 67 years old.  Everyone's needs were catered for perfectly:
Briefings, advice, trekking pace, route, options, accommodation, food and drinks.  The Dolma Treks team were caring, competent and great company.  As a former tour leader myself, I was really impressed by Tsering's leadership
and organizational skills.   When unexpected difficulties occurred they were dealt with quickly with little or no inconvenience to participants. His assistants are obviously carefully chosen as they were all a delight and very well trained.  I was particularly pleased to see that the porters were carrying reasonable loads and seemed to be enjoying their job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tsering and Dolma Treks to anyone considering a trip to Nepal.
