The terrain on this trek is constantly changing, so you must be careful and not let your guard down for a moment. You will not climb higher in elevation as quickly on this trek as you will in many of the others, so this is an excellent option if you have little experience with changes in altitude. Everest Base Camp Trek

It should not be surprising that the Everest Base Camp Trek is the most popular trek of them all in Nepal. Most people are afraid to tackle the entire mountain, due to the extreme difficulty. However, many of them are willing to take a chance and get to this base camp. This trek is moderately difficult and will take you twelve days to complete once you have your permits in place.
You can do this base camp trek at any time of the year, but the best times are during all the months mentioned above. As you carefully traverse the trail, you will discover numerous Buddhist Monasteries and take the time to stop at the infamous Namche Bazaar.
